At the heart of our mission is a deep commitment to protecting lives, honoring those we have lost, and supporting those who continue forward with courage. Our organization is guided by a steadfast commitment to dignity, compassion, and the protection of human life. In all that we do, we seek to serve individuals, families, and communities impacted school shootings, with integrity, accountability, and care. Our value system will help us work towards a future for America where schools and places of worship are places of safety, growth, and development.

Faith: The complete trust, confidence, and firm belief that the Holy Trinity and St. Michael the Archangel will protect and guide the mission to prevent death of the innocent in the face of an active school or church shooter.

Love: Jesus’ love was a selfless commitment to the wellbeing of others.

Prudence: The ability to govern oneself through practical reason, exercising caution, foresight, and good judgement to manage risks and affairs wisely.

Justice: The principle of fairness, impartiality, and moral rightness, encompassing the administration of law to ensure individuals recieve their due reward or punishment.

Diligence: The steady, earnest, and persistent effort applied to a task, characterized by careful, thorough, and hardworking behavior.

Fortitude: The mental and emotional strength, courage, and resilience that allows a person to endure pain, adversity, or danger with firmness.

Tenacity: The quality of being very determined, persistent, and unwilling to give up, even in the face of extreme difficulty or opposition.

Integrity: The quality of being honest, ethical, and consistent in actions, holding firm to strong moral and biblical principles even when no one is watching.

Humility: A virtue characterized by a modest, accurate perception of one’s own importance, limitations, and accomplishments, free from arrogance or pride.

Compassion & Care: We lead with compassion and understanding, recognizing the profound impact of trauma and loss. We meet individuals, families, and organizations where they are, offering care without judgement and support without conditions. We are dedicated to responding with empathy and sensitivity to those affected by trauma and loss. We strive to provide supportive resources and services that acknowledge the complexity of grief and the uniqueness of each individuals experience.
